These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Accent Remodeling and Construction LLC, doing business as ARC Builds KC. They apply to informational and promotional messages when you opt in or otherwise authorize the applicable communication.
1 Program Description
ARC may offer two types of text-message communications:
- Informational messages about an inquiry, estimate request, appointment, project update, missed call, requested follow-up, account matter, or customer-service conversation.
- Promotional messages about services, seasonal reminders, special offers, promotions, or other marketing content when you separately opt in to marketing messages.
Messages may be sent using automated technology and may be generated, summarized, or assisted by AI. ARC remains responsible for the messaging program. AI-generated content does not create a binding estimate, warranty, or construction agreement.
2 How You Opt In
You may opt in through a clearly labeled website form, chat, keyword, written request, or another method ARC documents and makes available. Website checkboxes must be optional, separate by message type, and unchecked by default. Submitting a form or providing a telephone number does not by itself provide consent to promotional messages.
Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent applies to the telephone number you provide and to messages from ARC Builds KC. Do not provide a number you do not own or control.
3 Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, project activity, and promotional preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's terms and charges govern your mobile service. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4 Opt Out
Reply STOP to an ARC text message to opt out. After a valid opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and then stop future messages to that number, except messages permitted by law or messages you later request through a new opt-in. We also honor other reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
An SMS opt-out does not cancel an appointment, estimate, project, signed agreement, or non-SMS communication. Contact ARC if you need to change or cancel an appointment or service request.

6 Privacy and Mobile Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with vendors, telephone carriers, and platform providers only as needed to deliver and support ARC's messaging program, or as required by law.
7 Availability and Changes
Text delivery is subject to carrier, network, device, and platform availability and is not guaranteed. ARC may suspend or end a messaging program, change the sending number, or update these terms. We will post updated terms and change the effective date. If you change or relinquish your telephone number, opt out and notify ARC so records can be updated.
8 Eligibility and Governing Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent, guardian, or responsible adult to enroll. Kansas law governs these SMS Terms to the extent not preempted by federal law. The Website Terms and Conditions apply to related website use and disputes.
