It is not a construction contract, binding bid, professional engineering opinion, legal advice, insurance advice, or guarantee that ARC will accept or perform a project.
2 Estimates and Service Agreements
A website submission, chat, call, text, or appointment request does not create a customer-contractor relationship or obligate ARC to provide services. Project scope, price, schedule, warranties, payment terms, change orders, cancellation rights, and other construction terms will be stated in a separate written estimate or agreement. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
Website examples, photographs, timelines, price references, financing references, and descriptions of prior work are illustrative. Actual conditions, materials, permits, availability, and customer choices may affect an estimate or project.
3 Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must be at least 18 years old or have authority from the property owner or responsible adult to request services. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete. Do not impersonate another person, submit a request for property you are not authorized to address, or provide a telephone number or email address you do not control.

6 Communications and AI Tools
The website and communication systems may use AI-powered chat, voice, transcription, summarization, or drafting tools. The AI assistant will identify itself when handling a telephone call. Calls to or from ARC are recorded and transcribed. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as a final estimate, project instruction, warranty, or emergency advice.

These Website Terms and website-only disputes are governed by Kansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement provides differently, any legal action concerning these Website Terms or use of the website must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Johnson County, Kansas.
14 Changes and Severability
We may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
